Cancellation Policy

To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking. To cancel or rebook, this must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. For cancellations within 48 hours of departure, there is a 100% charge. On the day of departure, departures are solely at the discretion of the Captain, subject to weather conditions. For departures that are cancelled by the Captain, then an alternative date and time will be offered, subject to availability. If the client decides to cancel for any reason other than that of the Captain, then 100% fee will be charged .
